A special evening dedicated to the flavours of Tuscanya

At Podere La Quiete, we offer a unique experience, different from traditional tastings: an exclusive food-and-wine evening, organised on request for guests who wish to discover Tuscany through a curated selection prepared by a renowned restaurant from Lucca.

During the evening, the restaurant staff comes directly to the property with a selection of four Tuscan wines, chosen and agreed upon in advance, paired with tasting portions of traditional dishes created especially for the event.

A tailor-made experience, in the atmosphere of the farmhouse

This experience does not include an external venue or winery visit: it is an intimate, private evening, designed exclusively for guests of Podere La Quiete and held directly on the property.

The evening unfolds in a relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by the tranquillity of the Lucchese countryside, where the aromas of food and the stories of the territory come together to create a journey through tradition and flavour.

Selected wines and traditional tastings

Guests will taste four Tuscan wines, chosen from labels representing the areas of Lucca, Montecarlo and the Pisan hills.

Each wine is introduced with a short presentation of its characteristics, its winery of origin and the notes that define it.

The food pairings may include:

• crostini and typical Lucchese specialities
• local cheeses and artisanal cured meats
• warm traditional tastings
• extra virgin olive oil from the area
